I'm currently the UX Research lead for service design and usability testing projects at POWERSHiFTER Digital Agency in Vancouver, B.C.

I specialize in the research phase of UX design, integrating HCI and mixed research methods to discover the right problem, develop goals and hypotheses, and design interactive prototypes and experience maps to get feedback using Sketch, InVision, and Adobe.

What people say about me
If three walk together, one of them is bound to be my teacher.
— Confucious

I've worked for companies including 2017's Digital Agency of the Year in Asia, Isobar Hong Kong, 2014's World's Best Tomato Grower, Windset Farms, 2012's Most Innovative Company, BroadbandTV Corp. and 2010 Winter Olympic News Broadcaster, CTV British Columbia.

I recently presented a paper at the 2017 ACM Limits workshop on Furthering Sustainable Interaction Design with my thesis supervisor, Dr. Eli Blevis, who I met while finishing the Master of Interaction Design program from the Hong Kong PolyU School of Design. I have a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Psychology from the University of British Columbia.

Education, healthcare and service design are my research interests. You can usually find me running, dragon boat racing and observing people in coffee shops when I'm not giving workshops at youth leadership programs.
