My name is Priscilla, and I'm currently a Digital Manager and working freelance as an Experience Designer at Isobar digital agency based in Vancouver, Canada.

I specialize in the research phase of UX design, integrating HCI and mixed research methods to discover insights, develop frameworks, and design prototypes using Sketch, InVision, and the Adobe Creative Suite. Read more about my process here.

What people say about me
If three walk together, one of them is bound to be my teacher.
— Confucious

I recently presented a paper at the 2017 ACM Limits workshop on Furthering Sustainable Interaction Design with my thesis supervisor, Dr. Eli Blevis, who I met while finishing the Master of Interaction Design program from the Hong Kong PolyU School of Design. I have a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Psychology from the University of British Columbia.

I've worked for companies including 2014's World's Best Tomato Grower, Windset Farms, 2012's Most Innovative Company, BroadbandTV Corp. and 2010 Winter Olympic News Broadcaster, CTV British Columbia.

Education, healthcare and service design are my research interests. You can usually find me running, dragon boat racing and observing people in coffee shops when I'm not helping out with youth leadership programs.
